The Denmark Singapore Club     

Denmark Singapore Club is an Overseas Singapore club for Singaporeans and friends of Singapore. It is a forum for networking and socializing with Singaporeans living, studying and working in Denmark. Our aim is to enhance the community spirit among Singaporeans in Denmark. It is a place for newcomers to receive tips from old members, and cultivate new friendships. It is a place where we regularly enjoy the things we where used to from Singapore, such as good food, Singapore tradition and Singlish.

Supported by Singapore International Foundation (SIF)

we organise various activities each year, all of which are centred on Singaporean occasions and National holidays. During these activities, we gather together, eat, drink, exchange snippets of each other's adjustment trials (some of which have long been repressed or forgotten), moan about the grey Danish weather, regale rich descriptions about the Singapore food we're not able to get and have an altogether good time.

Denmark Singapore Club

We have about 60 members, not all of who are Singaporeans. We are pleased with our multi-ethnic, multi-national mix. The common denominator is that all of us have affection for Singapore. We jointly promote the image of Singapore in Denmark, and the more members we are the better we can fulfil our aim of being the preferred club for all Singaporeans in Denmark.
